What is the difference between x_drawer and Tekla's standard way?

For comparison, there are two drawing below. First has been created by tekla, second by x_drawer.

The x_drawer has a lot of options which allow to create drawings in different style. Some examples:

• "work point" + "part thickness" 

• "dimensions to face"
